What we collect

When you use the report form, we collect your answers (asset type, ZIP code, size, amenities, availability, where you’re listed, and your current price) and, if you unlock the full report, your email address. If you sign up for platform updates, we collect your email address.

Why

To prepare and send your report, to follow up about it, and to send platform updates if you asked for them. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify. We don’t sell or share your information, don’t run advertising, and don’t track you beyond standard server logs.

The calculators

The match and rate comparisons on the site run in your browser. The fee ledger’s calculators never send what you type anywhere.
