This 2,000-square-foot unit was finished in 1975 and kept as it was, not recreated. It has the original living room, the vintage kitchen and a circular rotunda.

It sits in a curvy waterfront club building on Biscayne Bay, with big windows looking out on the bay and the skyline. It's booked mostly for shoots of up to 15 crew.
