An 1880s mining ghost town, rebuilt cabin by cabin around 108°F springs.

Thirteen hand-hewn log cabins, a bathhouse over the spring and a saloon with graffiti said to be Butch Cassidy's.

It's the most expensive find on this list, and it shows: two Michelin Keys, deep in the San Juans.
