The Greenhouse at Driftwood

Two glass conservatories, one desert and one tropical, in the Texas Hill Country.

One greenhouse is two and a half stories of cacti and succulents; the other is three stories of orchids, palms and cycads.

It runs on rainwater and solar, on land that's been in the family since the 1970s.
